Our Buying organization leaves an important mark on the range in stores and is the flavor determiner of de Bijenkorf.
We have six different product organizations: Women's Fashion, Beauty & Lingerie, Accessories, Men's fashion, Home & Kids and Food & Restaurants.
Within these Product Organizations (assistant) buyers, commercial planners, merchandisers and data entry employees work together as close teams. Together they ensure the right balance between innovation and optimization, and thus the success of both their own work and that of de Bijenkorf as a whole.

BUYING

(Assistant) Buyers

Responsible for the commercial part of the purchasing process: renewal, selection of brands and relationship with suppliers.

Commercial planners

Focus on the financial part, i.e. the optimal turnover, stocks and margins.

Merchandisers

Ensuring the right supplies are in the right place at the right time. For this they work closely with the Supply Chain department and our suppliers.

Data entry employees

Ensure that all master data is entered correctly and on time.
