About the role

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Planning and organizing all inventories within the store in a timely manner. You do this in collaboration with the Scheduler and in consultation with various Department Managers. You always check whether the provided data is correct and complete. Additionally, you are responsible for processing and archiving the data according to the guidelines.

  • Contributing to improvements and making work processes and administrative procedures more efficient. You identify bottlenecks and come up with well-founded improvement proposals. You share your knowledge and ideas and work on improvements in coordination with colleagues.

  • Providing substantive support to the store team by providing them with information and advice. Additionally, you assist colleagues from the logistics team and fill in during vacations or absences. You are the point of contact for questions, and colleagues know how to find you! Finally, you analyze shrinkage figures and report them to the Department Managers.
