As a Facility Employee (Operational Services) you are responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks on the building, installations, and inventory. You troubleshoot to identify the cause of malfunctions and disassemble or replace parts if necessary. You serve as a troubleshooter and the on-site contact for external support, such as our IT department. Additionally, you supervise maintenance teams and external service providers within the building.

About the role

Inspect building and installations, such as sprinkler systems, heating, cooling, and emergency power systems.
Detect and log any malfunctions.
Perform troubleshooting and determine the cause of issues.
Conduct repairs on installations and inventory, disassembling and replacing parts when necessary.
Perform preventive maintenance on technical systems and installations.
Check cash register systems to ensure they are functioning optimally.
Collaborate with external contractors for specific maintenance or repair tasks.
Assist with (internal) relocations and layout adjustments.
(Re)position lighting equipment, cash registers, and PC hardware within the building.
Monitor the inventory of tools and basic materials.
Order necessary materials according to agreed procedures.

A gross monthly salary up to €2.592,17 (based on a 38-hour workweek)
An hourly wage of up to €15,70
