About the role

As a Hospitality Staff Member, you ensure that every guest feels welcome by making personal contact. In addition to serving the perfect cup of coffee or tea, you advise our guests on the sale of dishes with international flair, artisan pastries, or exclusive products. You work both at the cash register and in front of and behind the counter. Naturally, your duties also include clearing tables, keeping the restaurant clean, and maintaining inventory and products. Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Working in view of the guest on the preparation, plating, presentation, and serving of dishes;
  • Serving guests at the table and presenting dishes if requested;
  • Performing all cash register duties accurately and efficiently;
  • Applying prescribed guidelines and procedures regarding hygiene, waste prevention, and safety.

In accordance with our own collective labor agreement (CAO), you can also expect:

  • A monthly salary of  € 2.323,42 based on a 38 hours contract;
  • From 18 years: a salary of €14,11 per hour;
  • Under 18 years: a salary between €9,88 and €12,70 per hour;
  • 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment);
  • Salary bonus for weekend work;
  • 8% holiday allowance;
  • 2% to 6% profit sharing;
  • 20% employee discount;
  • A vitality budget up to€ 500,- for things like a gym membership or health courses;
  • Access to our online learning platform, allowing you to further expand your knowledge and skills;
  • Training and growth opportunities, such as becoming a chef or team leader.
